Do you charge ticketing fees?
No, we do not charge per-ticket fees or transaction fees on top of your plan. Payment processing fees apply (standard credit card processing rates), but we don't add additional platform fees on transactions.
Do I have to pay separately for livestream and VOD?
Yes. Livestreaming and VOD are priced separately based on actual usage (viewer hours) because streaming infrastructure costs scale with bandwidth, not event count. If you don't stream an event, there's no streaming charge.
Why is livestream priced differently from other features?
Streaming infrastructure requires significant bandwidth, global CDN distribution, and real-time processing capacity that scales with concurrent viewers and viewing time. Usage-based pricing ensures you only pay for actual streaming usage rather than paying for capacity you don't need.
Can I switch plans as my events grow?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time. If you consistently exceed your plan's registrant limit, we'll recommend upgrading to a plan that better fits your volume. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is support included?
Yes. All plans include support via email and access to our knowledge base. Professional and Enterprise plans include priority support with faster response times. Enterprise plans include a dedicated support team and account manager.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation fees.
What are your contract terms?
All plans require an annual commitment and are billed annually. Multi-year agreements are also available for Enterprise plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Enterprise customers can arrange ACH/bank transfers and invoice billing.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any standard plan. Professional onboarding and custom implementation services are available at an additional cost if needed.
